"For a few months this year I suffered with the worst depression of my life, I had always wanted to try hypnosis but had always been dubious about the results. "Being a mum and working full time it is sometimes hard getting time to yourself to relax. So the thought of a half an hour of full relaxation sounded wonderful. It took me a week to take the half hour out of my day but it was well worth it! I listened very carefully to the CD and did as I was told..........
